CEO, Entrepreneur and Founder

Donald is the Founder and CEO of Fruent^®, a global life sciences consulting firm. He is the co-founder and Executive Director of Feeney Law Group, a global intellectual property law firm dedicated to the advancement of life sciences and technology innovations.  He is also the Executive Director of U.S. Operations for Toronto-based PCK IP.

As a successful entrepreneur, Donald works to expand Fruent^® globally through our international strategic partnerships and alliances.

He specializes in startup and early to mid-stage companies with over 20 years of startup, development, and executive management experience in Life Sciences & Technology Startups, Global Business Development, and Commercialization. He has successfully developed three healthcare delivery companies and an Intellectual Property Law firm.

Prior to Fruent^®, Donald co-founded Feeney Law Group and Valor Healthcare; and was Senior Vice President of MedMark Services.  At Valor Healthcare and MedMark Services, he was responsible for the startup and operations of 28 outpatient and behavioral health clinics.  Donald earned his Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University.  He is an avid traveler and has lived in such diverse communities, such as Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Washington, DC.
